For many of us, it is obvious humanity is moving through a transitional phase in consciousness.
And what does the ‘non-fluff’ version of that mean…?
What this means is a shift in identity.
Human beings across the globe are stuck in the habit of believing we are a separate entity we commonly call ‘a person’ – spiritual texts refer to this as ‘Ego’.
This ‘person/Ego’, who lives and exists as a separate self, unfortunately, results in fear.
Not the kind of fear that temporarily arises when real danger is present (like if you nearly tread on a snake while bushwalking) but the kind of fear that originates in our powerful, creative minds.
I call this psychological fear.
- Fear of loneliness
- Fear of not belonging
- Fear of not being enough
- Fear of what other people think
- Fear of being wrong
- Fear of rejection
- Fear of abandonment
- Fear of failure
- Fear of judgement
- Fear of loss
- Fear of being used
- Fear of missing out
- Fear of losing control
There are many more…
What’s important to understand is psychological fear is driving the values and actions of humanity.
I find very few people are willing or prepared to admit this.
It takes wisdom, courage and humility to face this fact and to stop pointing the finger that it’s everybody else (particularly the ‘spiritual ego’).
And something to be clear about is this…
Any action that originates in fear, no matter how ‘idealistic’, ‘loving’ or ‘selfless’ that action may seem to be on the surface, the results is,
We get MORE of what we FEAR. It is a universal law.
And the state of humanity today is the proof in the pudding as we witness and experience exponential increases in…
- Mental health disorders
- Autoimmune diseases
- Relationship drama
These are the results of living in a value system created by fear.
And the only way out is to discover who we are beyond the superficial notion of being a person i.e. Ego.
This is not a fluffy, new age, ‘way out there’ notion.
In fact, it is extremely practical and obvious when you are guided to see yourself from a perspective you may never have been shown.
Who you really are is truly fearless.
And I don’t mean you, the ‘person’ who is pretending, trying or convincing yourself you are fearless.
I am speaking to the deeper reality of who you are. which is fearless as a fact, not as an attitude, belief, mantra or affirmation.
Fearless as a fact!
We weren’t shown this at school. It is not anyone’s fault. There is nothing to be ashamed of.
This is an invitation for those who know deep down the only way to change the world is to take full responsibility for our own fear.
And NOT by:
- Creating more
- Doing more
- Being more
- Doing better things
Which is to say, Not by ‘trying’ to be a good ‘person’.
That will not work. The ‘person’ will only create more fear, no matter how ‘good’ the person is on the surface.
But instead, to first discover the deeper reality of who you are that is free from fear as a fact.
This is where every aspect of our lives holistically improves, including the world around us.
I invite you to take the first step in being the change you want to see in the world by discovering your fearless self in a 4 hour FREE workshop called the Wake Up Experience.
